Surcharge Fee Split

There are multiple ways that our ATM machines can help you profit, with the most obvious being a share of the surcharge fee. Any time someone withdraws money from one of our ATM’s there is a surcharge cost to them in exchange for the service we provide. There is no one-size-fits all surcharge amount that we assign to each machine, rather, it depends on various factors surrounding the business, however, a standard surcharge rate is approximately $3.00. We believe in partnership and as such, our profit sharing begins on the very first transaction.

This may differ from other ATM providers in that you may have to hit a certain transaction threshold before profit sharing starts, or have an introductory, trial period that can last several months, before profit sharing begins. However, with us, we share the revenue, on day one, transaction number one, at the highest rates you will find. We are able to provide such service because of our size, service area, and trust that we’ve built up with our customers.

Additional Profits Streams and Benefits:

ATM Branding/Advertising: We allow for the placement of special branding or promotional material directly on our ATM machines, which our customers take full advantage of. This can be utilized for your own businesses advertising, or the space can be sold to other parties.

Receipt Couponing: Use back of ATM receipt advertising to promote specific businesses, merchandise, and/or limited time offers to cardholders who are using our ATMs.

Customer Acquisition: The cost of getting customers into your place of business is oftentimes overlooked, however, it is invaluable to your continued success. It has been proven that having an ATM machine in your business will increase foot traffic.

Customer Retention: When a customer is at your business, they may or may not have the cash on hand to make a purchase. If they don’t, and there’s no ATM in your building, they must leave to find cash. This creates an opportunity for the customer to change their mind and decide not to return to make the purchase. Having a convenient ATM in your building will prevent customers from leaving to gather the funds necessary to make a purchase.

Increased Sales: Studies show that ATM users will spend an up to 50% of their withdrawal in the same store the ATM is located. Combined with more foot traffic, this could increase your sales a significant amount.
